A subject was seen jumping off of a pier located at The Scuttlebutt Restaurant and Bar and was not seen to surface. Early Morning Rescue For Possible DrowningĮarly Tuesday morning around 3:30 am, the Cobb Island Volunteer Fire Department and EMS was alerted for a possible drowning.
